I had a leak when I first did my Supercharger Kit last year from the T-Fitting. I got under there, got two open ended wrenches and tightened it up. NO more leak since then. Use Teflon Sealant from Home Depot on every thread except the one going into the block. Get it on a bench press and tighten it that way. Have the press hold the fitting.

If it is an -AN fitting, chances are you might have broken it from overtightening. I found that out the hard way. I broke mine on a weekend and had to wait until the following Monday to get a replacement.

I only hand-tightened the tee into the engine block because I have a fear of stripping the damned hole in the block :\ How tight can I make it before I start running really bad risks?

You have to tighten it up !! I used a vise grips and just turned it about 5-6 times till it was on there tight. It tightens up nice but be really carefull not to break it.
