...for those interested in using WB's with engine management units/piggybacks like the EU that require linear 0-5v input signals.
From their website:
"The Zt-2 has two wideband outputs. The Linear Wideband Output and the Nonlinear Wideband Output, which follows a natural output curve of Bosch LSU wideband O2 sensor."
"The Zt-2s purchased after September 1 2006 are equipped with the Linear Wideband Output."

Innovate LM-1 Unit or LC-1 with XD-1 Gauge. LM-1 is a better unit for data-logging, but having the EU, youll have your logging feature covered. Originally Posted by SpeedCrazie

LC-1/XD-1 is the one I have. Its great.

Contact them. They might offer discounted/upgrade pricing on the newer unit since you have the older one. I was thinking of doing that at some point so please let me know what happens if you do it.Originally Posted by jcy98maxse

www.plxdevices.com has always had a linear output. That's why I chose them for my Zemulator project. The Zemulator works best with a linear output b/c you need to enter the correct equation for voltage in order to datalog the correct AFR.

I got the M-300 a good while back. It's still working great after years of use. I got it for $339 shipped from what I remember.

I'm gonna drop them a email when I have time, i've been busy lately with the 3.5 on the way. I really don't mind if they dont let me upgrade. I can run two programs at once I figure with I am tunning (EU and ZT-2), of course it would be easier. BTW have you decided which motor to get? I may need your help with the EU once everything is ready to go which wont be til spring. I will let you know how the Zeitronix goes.Originally Posted by DandyMax

Yeah that's what I was doing, running the EU and Zt-2 simultaneously, it wasn't much of an inconvenience really.Originally Posted by jcy98maxse

I'm probably going to get a DEK. I haven't had a chance to find out what happened to my engine yet, but assuming/IF I have to replace it I am thinking I'll get a DEK. But I'm going to do something with the cams though.
Feel free to PM/AIM/MSN etc once you get to the EU. I will have my write-up completed for it pretty soon too.
As I posted in your other thread Dandy, I discovered this only today so I emailed Zt to inquire about an upgrade (I have the old version).
I will be sending mine in very soon.
