Fuel Pressure at 20psi

With the blower online now, when my Aeromotive fpr and Begi fmu is hooked up my fuel pressure has dropped to 20psi. When I had the OEM belt installed previously and the vacuum line to the Begi plugged I was at 43psi. I'm not going to boost at all until I get dynotuned, so am I safe at that fuel pressure for city driving?

Thanks Chunger.
I didn't have time last night as I finished the car at 9:30ish.
I'm gonna try that tonight with the Mityvac I bought last year.
