exhaust question along with 3.125 pulley
since im putting in a supercharger and am looking for a new exhaust.. just wondering how much of a gain the 3" warpspeed setup would have over my setup now(resonated cat, straight b-pipe and 2.5" muffler) and i also have headers.. so just wondering if im fine with this setup at the amount of boost increase or is the 3" setup worth $700? also hows the sound of the warpspeed? thx for the help all.
I custom built my 3" exhaust and I think anyone wanting a 3" exhaust should do it that way.
The problem with Warpspeed is that they use in-expensive resonators and the tone ends up not sounding so good. You need a good resonator with "Perferated Core" to do the job well.

I'm not sure if a 3" exhaust would benefit you. My hunch would be no. However, if you do decide to do it, do a before and after dyno if you could.
On second thought, hey Matty, did you do a before and after dyno when you went from 2.5 to 3" ???

This warpspeed looks the same after three years. Good stuff....
