Trying to run that turbo at 10 psi is just going to make a big heat pump. That turbo will be well out of its effiency range. Out of effiency = heat, and a lot of it. I hope you have a good intercooler going on. I ran a T-2small on my 240sx with the KA24DE 2.4L 4cyl, and the turbo fell on its face after about 5.5k rpm. Sure I saw full boost early, heck I could hit full boost at 2k rpm, but it just fell dead on its face hard trying to supply that 10 psi, and that was only a 4 cyl.

BTW, not trying to hate, just trying to help. I hate to see anyone waste money or be disappointed, doesn't help any of us.

Whats the status on the kit doc? Have you driven it yet? Since everyone is saying the tubo it comes with is too small I'm going to stop by and ask them if there is a larger turbo that will work with the kit. What is a good size for good midrange and good high end?

Im NOT a professional at this so dont ***** at me but the best advice i can give you guys and my opinion is just make up one yourself....Maybe you find out everything the pfi kit comes with and just try and buy all the parts new and put the kit together like pfi used to sell.Iam also trying to figure out what i wanna do...turbo or supercharged. My goal is anywhere from 360-430 to the wheels.
