Everyone's setup is different. There is no right way or wrong way. Some of us have reclocked our blowers (to get rid of one bend) and upsize our charge pipe to 3 inch. Some weld the flange to the new charge pipe, some buy intermediate pipes with the flange already on it. Basically, we contruct our own charge pipe. Too many ways to describe on how to do this. For size and length, use a cloth tape measure. For the rest, use your imagination.
Go here to buy piping to construct whatever you desire....

You can go to a 3" charge pipe, but your going to spend a fortune on the Silicone Couplings. When I did mine, I didnt cheap out on anything, T-Bolt Clamps all around, Blue Silicone Couplings, 3" Cromex Coating Piping. The hole 9 yards.
You can take the easy road out and just have the flange on the Stillen piping cut off and just have the Vortech Flange welded right onto your Stillen Piping. If you do make your own, the front Pipe i used was 22"
Totally up to you

Go with 3'' piping.
Get two of these (one for the blower outlet and the other for the TB):

Buy this kit from ebay. It comes with all the bends you need (you'll still need to cut it to lenght):

Get a BOV flange adaptor from ebay (greddy flange wil work for vortech).
And lastly, get a MAF flange from Cattman.
Good Luck

Same here, when I redid my setup and rerouted the piping to the front I purchased new 3in. 4ply couplers and T bolt clamps and it added up real quick.
However I feel it was worth it, before going woth the T bolt clamps I would always have a coupler bust loose under hard boost with just the chessy hose clamps.
Somone might want to mention about how to reclock the blower if going with the 3in charge pipe.
