what kinda tubing setup do you have.. that can change things drasticaly. headers, y-pipe, downpipe, exhaust..? if you using z31 headers, and a halfway decent downpipe. id guess in the 220-250 whp range. with my setup and my HUGE turbo i made 271 whp 276 wtq at 9-10 psi

Been awhile...
Been awhile since I've visited this site... Nothing real new on my setup in quite some time.
Made a different down pipe and MaxMaxima gave me the edited Live Edit software that helped me dial in the tune a bit better.
I've made no real effort to do much else with the car since it's my daily driver and now has 228,000miles on the stock engine.
Last visit to the track was 2yrs ago where it went 13.40 at 107 with 12psi.
Just been happy to spank on local cars playing around on the street and make mustang guys do the old what the hell?
Good luck with your setup... it's worth it when done right.

akurtzer: Local dyno shop went away. Still putting engine back together; should be on the road in a couple of weeks. I have stock T3 but lots of bolt ons and internal mods. Present concern is that I've gone with too large an oil cooler. No intercooler. Will take to Bristol Motor Speedway after running again. Will post times then.
alluwant: Depends on many things. How much knowledge do you have? How much skill do you have? I'm still learning myself. Number one recommendation is that if you're serious, prepare for LEARNING and prepare for putting out some money..... and that's if you can do alot of work yourself. I'm embarrased to say how much money I have in my installation. Probably the most of anyone, but that is not to say mine is better. Only that I've had to pay out more becuase I've went with all new parts, had others make custom peices, complete rebuild, laptop for piggy back ecu (LiveEdit/Romulator), and making sure I have a dependable daily driver for the next 200k miles I own the car. It also depends on what you've got. If you have a good platform, dependable VG then you could effectively slap on some z31 manifolds, customize a crossover pipe for the turbo, run some pipe for turbo intake/pressure sides, get a cheap manual boost controller and ebay blow off valve, you're pretty much set after fabricating new exhaust from turbo to present exhuast system. I think the cheapest setup was around $1k (used parts)? You have to pay someone else to do the work, double that price.

Well, there are several peices that would help you to monitor and tune the car to get the most effeciency and dependability out of the set up. Some of these things are not too expensive but do add up. Wideband O2 is about $260 cheapest (PLX). You can get a piggyback ecu (Romulator) about $180. LiveEdit is free to download but you need a laptop and will need to find a computer guy to solder in a dock to your stock ecu to plug the romulator in place of your chip. A good boost controller is nice. Anything else is candy.
Upgrade injectors (370cc, z32), upgrade cams (Schneider Cams), intercooler.
Boosted and MaxMaxima can speak more to this than I.
