Yes... she had a bath about an hour before the pic was taken. I have taken them apart just a few too many times. It only happens when I pressure wash her.

Looks good, and I'm not even normally a fan of stuff like all the blue accents.

air to water IC? Anyway, clean engine bay. Difficult to do when you have all those extra wires/hoses to run

Well, the car looks really good, that engine bay is remarkebly clean. How long did that take and what do you use?

No air to Water... just a FMIC. The tank is a stainless steel tank I made for the water/alch injection setup (and rad over flow) and then I had the body shop shoot it in body color.

I just pressure wash it, with the engine hot and then cover it in Armoral and close hood. come back in about an hour and it looks like that.

Gorgeous. Good job!

I also thought the black box was an air/water aftercooler.

What is that grilling/vents on the underside of your hood near the windshield? What path does your charge pipe take?

Nice.

The grill is to the hood vents installed. Basicly a factory hood, cut and welded into a reverse scoop (like Nascar) all the air that hits the frirewall goes over the windshield and creates more of a down draft. Also cools the hell out of the engine bay. Designed to match the back bunper also.

Charge pipe come out of the SC goes down behind the headlight goes to the FMIC then comes up the driver fender (similar to a cold air intake) then runs up behind the water tank to the throttle body.

I'm really digging that hood. The only thing i would change is the blue accents. I'd make em black, make the engine cover black, and have that thing looking like darth vader.

I had it all black and the body color grey and was told that I lost points at some of the shows for not showing some accent color. Go figure. Besides no one really noticed it as much until the collor was added.

But thanks for the props. The body shop will do the hood painted to body color (paint code) for $400 plus shipping. All metal with no bondo or fiberglass.
