Are you still looking for the 4th gen pipe to the TB? I know the 5th gen TB is set back farther into the engine bay. I have a 4th gen with a DE-K with 4th gen piping. I've been looking for 5th gen piping to the TB. Let me know.

Also, the only thing with the HKS BOV is the compressor surge, correct? Does it cause any harm to the blower?

Yes, compressor surge is very bad for the blower.

actually I am looking for the piping from the TB to the MAF sensor if you are trying to work something out.

What exactly does it do to the blower? I have been told many times that it causes no harm to the blower but it's just annoying. If this is the case, then I have to start looking for a new BOV.

A little surge is okay and normal, however too much is bad and will cause premature wear on the blower.
When boost is forced back into the blower it forces the impeller to backspin, even though its already spinning in the opposite direction by the pulley.
