got a 1991 max VG30E need a sandwich plate or some sort of adapter for my oil filter on turbo setup any ideas

Are you just wanting to reposition the oil filter or need it for an oil feed to the turbo? It does need to be repositioned but I would use a 300ZX or 2nd gen Maxima setup for the oil filter. Just a little tube that the filter threads onto instead of the big aluminum piece.

As for oil feed to the turbo, there's a bolt on the left side of the engine, on the front, that is the oil feed for the Z31 Turbo. Crappy picture, but this is the location:

 

or for moving the oil filter down if need you can do the pathfinder oil filter its just a thread rod that the oil filter goes on with out the big aluminum peice. Ethier way it should work out for you.

 

good luck gettin that damn aluminum peice off in the engine without removing that dang power steering rack or the exaust y pipe, it has 4 bolts that go on it and the top one is the hardest to get off, then like 95turbo said you could use tha pathfinder nub but why not just a 300zx oil cooler?
