Need flanges

If anyone can, please let me know where to get exhaust manifold flanges to make headers for the vq30. I need 3/8 or 1/2 stainless steel. Where can I get them for cheap? I have plenty of shops that can make them but they charge far too much. Thanks in advance.

If you want stainless steel its not going to be cheap. If your going to tig weld it you can use a mild steel flange and then stainless piping, thats the cheapest route you can go.

Don't stainless have issues with heat transfer/warping?? Just thinking out loud here, I'm sure I read something about that.

With either 3/8 or 1/2 inch flanges he shouldn't have any issues with warping. If he bolts it down to the head, which is aluminum, the aluminum will absorb alot of the heat while he's welding it. If your talking about post welding and warping from exhaust temps, thats not going happen.
