supercharger with fuel problem hellp!!!

i have a 97 maxima i got i supercharger from a guy in brooklyn but the fuel pressure switch to activate the aux pump in the front i s not working so when i boost i have a lag and it goes lean but i ordered a replacement from stillen and i still have same problem i put a walbor 255 in the tank took the aux pump off and now it runs better do i have to get a fpr to control it or can i just run it like that bc the car still leans out what must i do to solve this problem

Yes. Get a Vortech one with an 8:1 disk.

the air fuel gauge and the computer throws a lean code and i get a check engine light

is your a/f gauge wide band or narrow band? what size pulley are you running?

Then forget about anything that narrow band gives you... its just a light show. In order to have an a/f gauge that you can actually use for monitoring purposes, you'll need a wide band. Expensive, but worth it.

As far as the CEL goes, that could be any number of things not even related to the overall SC set up. Clear the code and see if it comes back.
