MAF position in a boosted application

Hey Guys, Just a quick question. Ive searched around and havent quite found the answer im looking for.

I was curious as to where you position the MAF in a turbo application. on the intake side of the turbo. or the output side. if on the output side do you put it before or after the BOV. also where do you put the IACV hose in conjunction to the MAF. Im jsut a little confused because some of these things dont seem to add up from pictures ive seen. and pictures jsut dont do justice.

I've seen MAFs here on charge pipes and turbo inlet pipes both.

If charged side, for the least amount of work I'd say BOV before MAF, that way you can run it atmospheric. If the MAF is in the inlet tract to the turbo, the BOV would have to be recirculated (or at least, that's the easiest method). EU has an anti-stall feature for use with atmospheric BOVs, but apparently it's not always an issue; different cars, but some MK3's have all kinds of issues running atmospheric, some oddly don't, and I've got a friend locally with a GS-T running atmospheric and his car doesn't act up after boosting. Those two types of cars have the MAF right off of the air filter, and the ones I've seen have all been on stock ECUs.

In any case, sorry for the ramble, but it should work out either way, if you set it up right.
