FMU Disk question + few other fuel questions

Well gone are the naturally aspirated days. I am going turbo. I am going to buy Neals old turbo setup.

If all goes well i have a Turbonetics T3/T4 super 60 with a .63 a/r i am hopefully going to be picking up, still trying to find a tial 50mm BOV locally.

I am only planning on running about 4-5PSI initialy to keep the cost down. I plan on going with a FMU and a walbro 255LPH pump if required. Would i need a FPR or would i be okay without one with the FMU.

What i would like to know is, what FMU disk would i need for the FMU running 4-5PSI. I am not sure if there is a formula or some logical way someone could explain to me so i can understand it. Also i am guessing i would need to upgrade to the Z32 MAF as i think the stock A32 maf would be getting close to maxed out.

Thanks guys
Chris

i am going to revise my opinion on FMUs just a little. I still think they are rather archaic, but yeah I guess they can be of some use for a very low pressure setup, a small increase in FP is ok, but you don't want to get into medium to large increases in FP otherwise you will start overheating and overstressing injectors, etc. for a low pressure setup like you want to run a 4:1 disk would probably be good, but it'd probably be better to ask mike as he ran an FMU for quite a while, i never ran one.

Alright thanks guys! So with an FMU i will need at a minimum a walbro 255lph pump, but what im wondering is if i would need an AFPR?

Yeah for now this is i plan on doing to keep the initial cost down, in the long term i plan on upgrading Z32 MAF + 550's to pursue my aspirations of 11 second 1/4 mile run in the maxi.

So for fuel management, FMU with 4:1 disk, walbro 255 and AFPR?

Is the Z32MAF/370s setup not an option with the JWT and an AFC like it is with the stock ECU?

Ok so you will be skipping past the 370s? Wasn't sure what your power goals were.

Well right now im still entertaining my options, ive been thinking a lot about it, and i am not sure if 370's will get me where i want in terms of power. I plan on making a fair amount, but i am still re-searching on that. thanks for the replies guys!
