Sqeaky sound from bottom of car with V2 kit any suggestion?

I had this sqeaking sound before from bottom of my car the side where sc sit. It sound like it's coming from where the crack pulley is at. Someone had suggested that maybe my belt was too tight and it fact it was so we loosen the tensioner. The problem went away but with the weather getting colder the problem came back. The sound goes away a bit after the car warms up but I just want to fix the problem completely. On top of this I still have the low idle problem on my car sometimes.

Check the belt tension....

Make sure that the belt is tight enough that it can only be turned by hand 90*.

Yeah I already check the belt tensioner and it's on right. Meaning the belt is not too tight or loose and can only turn by 90 degree.
