im trying to figure out whether or not the t3 60-1 60 1 and 82 turbine

will yield similar results as the t3/t4 compressor 70 1 and 82 turbine

 

I don't think you're relaying the numbers correctly - the reason I say that is because the "1" you have listed in both of those turbo specs has no meaning, so I have no idea where you got it from. Also, the trim is missing from both exhaust wheels, and no compressor wheel is listed for the second turbo.

what source are you getting these numbers from? if you show me the source I can probably tell you exactly what the differences are, assuming that the source has all the pertinent information listed.
