Why cant i put 6 turbos in my V6
Why cant i put 6 turbos in my V6
I was researching the best way to turbocharge my 93gxe and one thing i notice was that the most any maxima member has done is a twin turbo
so why is it that its fully possible to make a motorcycle's V-twin engine have a twin turbo and not be able to put 6 "bike sized" turbos on my V6?
this would probably eliminate any turbo lag that would even be noticeable and would make it possible to run at full boost at the earliest possible time
the turbos would be extremely small only capapable of 2-3lbs of boost but if you have one for each indiviual cylider you would produce 12-18lbs quicker than a single T3 can make 1lb
also would 6 small turbos would be easier to fit inside the engine bay than two large turbos with piping?
what would be the downside of this setup? is it unrealistic or impossible to fit without major alteration (like turbos in the passenger seat)? what would be the situation with intercoolers BOV's and wastegates?
