nice engine for the price?

hey guy looking for a pre-built engine ready for a turbo and so like i always do i was looking on ebay and came across this. as i'm new to the whole turbo market. so my question is how would this would work? i have plenty of money so thats not a issue. i just want to know that this has the best part that work brake. i am planning to run about 12+ but no more than 18 lbs of boost so i would like to know in reality, what im looking at for hp?

Agreed if you have all that money just take it to a shop who can accomplish your build goals.
