Project A32.5-T

Here is my new project for my 4h gen; a 3.5 swapped Turbo. I currently have a mevi nwp spacers xs headers ful still exhaust and a stage 3 clutch mater clutch.I am doing this in stages by first turboing my 3.0. Then swapping in a stock 3.5 turbo. While I run the stock 3.5 I will be building a boost ready 3.5. The final result I do not plan to have done for a few years. If I make it in 2/2.5 I will be happy. I have my full turbo kit pieced together and it is:

2.5" Feed pipe
Turbonetics dual port 38mm wastegate
Garret GT37
3" Custom Turbo Back Exhaust
2.5" Intercooler Piping and FMIC
Tial 50mm BOV
Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer
Turbonetics Boost Controller
Greddy Emanage Blue
Begi FMU
Walboro 255 lph hp

I plan on using the stock3.0 injectors ( I just replaced them and had them tested 2 months ago) and running around 5psi to get the car running and start tuning (on a dyno until I get a wideband).

Future plans:
Vq35DE
550cc Injectors
AEM Wideband
PFTB
Higher Stage Clutch
Built 3.5 motor with lower compression and all the essentials.

My HP Goals are:
350 on the VQ30
400 on the stock VQ35
500+ on the Fully built VQ35

I will post pics as I start installing

I also have sparedown pipes for sale if anyone is interested.

sounds good....but......why are you doing a 3.5 non turbo between the two? Seems like you're creating a bit more work than you need to for yourself. You'd be better off turboing the 3.0 and building the 3.5 and then dropping that in.

ditch the turbo timer (pointless) and get a wideband so you aren't back in here posting 5 days after you got your setup running that you blew your motor...

get a real wastegate too, turbonetics gates suck (the evolution gates aren't AS bad as the old deltas, but they are still meh). tial or synapse or something along those lines.

Like was said before you might as well run the 3.0 and build the 3.5, why even drop it in when you have to pull it again? But hey, it's your money. Good luck with your plans. BTW you might want to looking into getting the emanage ultimate and ditch the blue because if you decide to run the map sensor you can't log afr.

The 550's will be fine depending on base fp. But Devin is no longer turboing his car. He is trying to sell it . Pipes, turbo and all.
