V2 Belt Tensioner Bracket - Help!

The Stillen V2 belt tensioner bracket broke off my car in a bad way. The metal surrounding the top bolt hole broke off more than a year ago, now finally the bottom part broke off completely. I can't find a replacement new or used; so I need to try to repair my mangled one or fabricate a new one.

It would really help me if someone were able to put theirs (if it's off the car) onto a scanner or photocopier and send me the image so I have a template.

Can anybody help me out?

Thanks.

Sorry to hear that Mike. Can you show us a picture of what you are talking about?

I believe Mike is talking about this part.

I fail to see why you can't improvise and make a new one based on your busted old one. What's missing/broken should be fairly easy to imagine how it was as a whole; and construct a new one.

Let me see what I have laying around. I'm 99% sure I have one (which will ultimately be used in the future on my 98 Max).

When I called Stillen to ask for one, they said I could just modify my OEM bracket. I never looked into it, but this might be something to consider.

Well, I can see your picture today. And 2 out of 3 of your sig. pics. lol

That's what I thought Mike meant too, but I'd still like to see a picture of his so we can see the specific damage.

Mike?

Thanks guys.

Sorry I wasn't paying attention to this thread.

I ended up buying myself a MIG welder and I fixed the old one two weeks ago. So far, so good.
