[QUOTE=The Wizard;7053357]Why did you route the oil feed line the way you did?

Call up K&N, tell them the specs of your setup, and they will tell you how much CFM you need for a filter.[/Q

instead of using a T fitting and getting oil from the back of the motor, i got a greddy oil filter adapter which has 2 spots i can use, so in the furture if i wanted to hook up a oil temp sensor. because my aftermarket oil pressure sender unit is so big, it would not fit in the T fitting so i left it screwed in the OEM oil presure spot. kinda hard to explain unless you saw it...so will this filter be restrictive?.

blitz BOV, no FPR, thats not mounted yet, hence the reason i havent gotten any dyno numbers yet. its my only car and i can only use the shop on wknds, so i get as much done as possible. thats going in this wknd, then imma try to get a steering column single gauge pod for the boost gauge.

thanks....a shot of the boost gauge, thought this would be a nice place to mount it, definately cant look at it while driving though...got the everything hooked up, but the damn dyno machine brokee, so i cant get it tuned until its fixed, but my next step is to invest in a wideband A/F so it can get tuned on the rd, right now its running rich so its not to its full potential yet

LOL@spliff tray. Defi has some good gauges, but d@mn they pricey. only gauge i need now is a wideband which im working on. i have a piece of plastic which will replace the tray so i can put the wideband there. Plus i got that boost gauge for free, cant beat that

I would put boost and afr on a dual gauge pod on the a pillar or steering column because you need to be able to glance at those quickly. Oil pressure or oil temp should go where you have the boost gauge right now.

It very well could be restrictive. What size oil feed line are you using? I hope it's at least the same size oil feed line that Stillen had intended. Typically the oil filter sandwhich adapters are very small ports, and only intended for gauges to get readings from, not to feed main components.

I used the one that came with the kit. The adapter hole looked the same as the t fitting provided by Stillen, I just didn't want to take oil sender out

ok. good. I hope that works out for ya. Just making sure you don't have any reducers or anything inline to impede the flow...

Is it normal for the S/C pipes to be really warm?

yea sir, its enough for what i do which is just driving to and from work. could i use more later on down the line, yes indeed. but i cant help to think i still havent peaked out what i have yet since it aint tuned. but when i first stabbed the gas and saw the boost gauge go to almost 10 psi, i was like "aahhhh, so this is what a S/C max feels like"

Yes sir. Damn no intercooler the IAT are not going to be happy when the fun starts to kick in.

I think you should look for some kind of intercooler. Wrapping with pipes will keep temps under control but u still need to add some intercooler.

I have a question, is the 3.33 pulley 9, or 10 psi?. My boost guage reaches 10 but I read on here where it's suppose to be 9, and also how would know what trim my blower is?

The blower should have a serial number, call Vortech and give that to them
I had a 3.0 pulley and made 10lbs with it, Im using a V1 blower which makes a bit less then the V2 so I would imagine the 3.33 on a V2 could hit the 10psi mark at redline.

just got the car dynoed, made 293whp/248wtq. My friend said cuz I'm still using a stock cat, and can't rev past 6500rpm, is the reason I didn't break the 300whp mark. So needless to say test pipe going on soon, then umma be in the market for an e-manage ultimate to raise the rev to 7100rpm

If you raise the rev limit you might overrev the blower

Do you have the graph? We can see where you are maxing out power...

good point I didn't think of that. I'll get him to print me a copy of the run file and post it. But at 6500rpm the thing was still making power so that's y it seem like a good idea but I don't want to blow it up

With a SCer it will continue to build power up to whatever your rev limiter is set to, with fuel of course. But that doesnt mean its good for the blower or motor.

i was trying to get the graph, but my friend is gonna dyno it again. while i was gettin dynoed, the wideband we clamped on the tailpipe with a vise grip fell off and got damaged, so my AF is all over the place on the graph. he says its still rich, but we waiting on another sensor to get the fuel right. im not gonna guess tune this thing.

Hey man, I saw your set up at Maxus and I wanted to ask you, why do you have two blow off valves on your charge pipe?
