Ah yes ... Actually GEMs designs the AEM boxes... if you look at their software and AEM's, you'll be hard pushed to spot much of a difference. I stopped by the shop today and checked the number it was actually 391HP but that was not even close to being fully tuned. As you could see from the video .. there was some shaking in the engine due to acceleration fueling issues ... the Accufab TPS is super sensitive so it was putting out acceleration fueling at odd points. After some tuning on the street, it drove quite well .. then laptop battery died . I didn't print any graphs cos I thought 391 was kind of lame and not even close to what I could get out of it. I guess I could do logs too to show RPM and load .. weather sure is good outside right now
For the clutch, call PFI ... ran into some interesting issues along the way with that puppy, but they're all sorted now it seems.

AEM stand alone ECU
Hows the car running? You still never answered the question about the AEM ecu.. was it plug and play? I know AEM has their stand alone plug and play but Im sure there is some wiring involved.

Not much to update really.
My fabricator has had some lifechanging issues, and between my 2 other project cars and 2 businesses, no chance to finish this one up. It just needs exhaust redone and now Colorado has brought back emissions so I will have to figure something out there since my tags have expired. Probably just convert to E85, that will make it run nice and clean without too much effort. As soon as the M3 is done, the Maxima will be back in for exhaust.
For AEM, it is my own recipe (Honda box, soldering + custom harness). The sync and other setup took quite a while to figure out. I have done it before on my IS300 but that was much more straightforward. Does AEM make one for the 4th gen now? I haven't been following their progress on stuff. Mine is like wiring in Emanage with the addition of coils.
I hardly make it back on to any forums these days ... only when I see something pop up in my email.
