Looking good. Almost looks like my set up the way the turbo is facing. If you have money to invest in a turbo blanket, get one because it is close to the maf and heat is probably what's killing it. If you can't go with the blanket at least use some hi temp heat spray on the turbo. Is that tube on the left of the intake blocked off? If not it needs to be. Also put a filter on the valve cover thing sticking out.

It might be worth getting it coated one day when you rebuild it, as well. It's too bad you can't relocate your MAF.

Also, check your MAF cable. That could be close enough to melt.

Nice looking set up. MEVI looks clean and barely used. Wonder where you got it from?

Did you "hide" the vacuum cannister under the MEVI cover? Where's the GM solenoid?

You may not want to boost/pressurize the crankcase. Just put a breather filter ,or a catch can on the crankcase connection and seal off the tube on the intake. Putting boost pressure into the crankcase may cause idling and other issues with the pcv valve.

+1 on the above.

looks very clean, but you need to do some heat management or you are going to be melting the **** out of a bunch of stuff.

Did you cut some of the front motor mount away? Any pics of the piping from under the car?

Damn no problem, will buy filter right now from jegs, and block off that fitting, im gonna have it be cut off and welded back flat eventually...

Can't find some pics, but these were during the fab processs. Yes the mount was cut and reinforced. All pipes were sanded, primed, painted, and wrapped..

Nice, looks like the same basic design forward pipe I'm making. I am going to place the turbo about 6-8inches lower and about 3inches closer to the motor mount
