Gas Millage with supercharger post your MPG!

Hey guys

Just wanted to see what type of gas millage people are getting with the v2 supercharger.

I only care about closed loop conditions, so your best millage. That being said:

-Are you running the stock v2 setup from Stillen?
-Injector size?
-Fuel pressure?
-Tuned without o2/ or left alone
-Roughly how much Highway/City driving?

I'm currently running my V2 supercharger with 600cc injectors and a walbro 255, Fuel pressure is about 32 - 35psi.The ECU tunes for closed loop and I Drive the car 50% of the time in the city.

I get 17.64MPG best, never had time to do full highway...

Correct me if I'm wrong but the gas tank in a 4th gen is 16 Gallons?

So that's what I got, might be worse if we have a bigger tank, then my calculations are off.

I have '95 with a V2 supercharger with 2.87 pulley (only 8 psi thanks to a stuck underdrive pulley), stock injectors, walbro 255 with fuel pressure set to roughly 40psi. I typically get around 400-430miles per tank if I only drive on the highway (filling up at around an indicated 1/8th of a tank or so). I did a test on my last trip up to the mountains of NC, and based on that I was getting roughly 33mpg with highway only driving. In normal driving, I get around 18-23mpg depending on how much i get on the gas.

4th gen gas tank is listed at 18.2 gallons. I've put as much as 17.6ish gallons in it before.

What he said. Even when my needle is on E it's usually 16.5 gallons or so to fill up. I don't know how the "reserve" system for these tanks works if there is one.

the two extreme ends of the spectrum right here. my stock 4th gen never got that much on the highway, let alone when it was boosted.

just like how it goes well past F when full, it goes below E when sucked dry , thats where the reserve is...

-Are you running the stock v2 setup from Stillen? NO - original owner with 3.12" pulley
-Injector size? STOCK
-Fuel pressure? WALBRO 255 hi pressure (DSM application) with FPR set at about 32psi and inline pump removed
-Tuned without o2/ or left alone STOCK with J&S SAFEGUARD; 1 step colder NGK IX plugs
-Roughly how much Highway/City driving? DAILY DRIVER 52 miles/day with about 75% highway

23 mpg

Other factors: 29 lb rim weight with 245/45/18's, manual transmission; slightly enlarged TB.

Bringing this back from the dead because I think its a good thread for those wondering of MPG's. I know I was curious and stumbled upon this thread.

-Are you running the stock v2 setup from Stillen? Yes, V2 everything else stock.
-Injector size? Stock
-Fuel pressure? Stock
-Tuned without o2/ or left alone? Stock ECU
-Roughly how much Highway/City driving? 50/50 I estimate 18-22mpg city/22-26mpg highway
