need help with fuel pressure problem

my motor kept on flooding. and it was alway injector #5. checked the ohms it was 11.4, thats good took the intake manifold off and spark plug to because the engine was hydro locked... cranked the car to push out the fuel in the piston chamber witch was a lot. after a few cranks I saw fuel pushed out again witch it shouldnt have done because the injector was not connected. I glanced at the fuel pressure guage and saw it at 100 witch is bad Im guessing. so I doubled up the oring on that fuel injector to see if its pressure pushing the fuel by the O-ring. well it worked some what the motor is not hydro locking anymore but its running like crap.
come to find out that my fuel pressure was maxing out at 100. is that sings of a bad fuel regulator

If the gauge is accurate then I would say that is the problem, bad o-ring on top of a bad regulator.

With the fuel rail removed from the manifold but still connected to the fuel line crank it and look at the spray patterns. You should be able to see if any other o rings are leaking or injectors are just dumping fuel.

yeah thats a serious problem if your getting 100psi at idle, make sure none of your fuel lines are pinched, specially the return line.
