didnt really make any sense for nissan to continue with the I35. the maxima really killed the sales of the I30/35. instead they replaced it with the G35 sedan, which causes no sales conflict between nissan and infiniti.

Thanks I did order new valve cover gaskets since there is a little oil in one of the spark plug holes.. is there any other engine parts that I should replace for the 5psi?

Im getting closer to starting my turbo build, and have intercooler and many other parts ordered already.

I installed a VAFC2 recently and that should be okay to tune for 5psi?

Im planning on ordering 380cc injectors.. or should I go with the 440cc?

Do you guys recommend Tial for a wastegate brand?

And as for the MAF... if i stayed with the stock would it be maxed out.. and would i need to recurculate the BOV to prevent stalling?

You'll be good with the vafc2. Get these injectors: http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...-write-up.html You're on your way to a nice setup.

a vafc2 is fine, 380cc or cobra injectors are fine, tial is fine, stock maf is fine, if you plan to place the bov pre maf then just let it vent or if you going to run it post maf then recirculate it. Last if you don't have a 3inch exhaust then run a open dp

Cobra injectors will be 440cc. I've seen previous forum sales for as low as $10 per injector.

Interested to see how you run your turbo piping, especially with how you have the intercooler piping routed. Do you have your feedpipe and downpipe already made?

Just a few suggestions

1. with a intercooler that small I will put the bumper support back on
2. re-route the intercooler piping so it's not hanging below the car and so you can get to everything for when you have boost leaks

The bumper support is on and the piping was rerouted after I bought some new 90 degree silicone.. these pics were from 4 days ago.. ill get some new ones up asap

as for the exhaust piping its going to run along the support beam next to the engine and trans... I have headers on the car so the inlet is going to come from where the 2 headers come together.

Will you be able to keep your fog-lights with the way you ran your intercooler piping?
