I know when my Z32 MAF begin leaking the car ran really rich and rough. So rich that the plugs would foul out.

I'm using maxima MAF . I dont know why I have to change it to Z32 MAF .

and I'm sure of that there aren't any leaks . I did something like haidrotest to all the pipes and it was holding the presure . I did also comparstion test and it was 90psi on all pistons .

but there is one thing I will do but I wont tell you what is it until tomorrow .
until I get the result .

90psi?

It should be closer to 190psi on each piston.

I commented in the youtube clip but there was no reply. I asked if you used a torque wrench to put the engine back together and if you torqued to specs because it looks like you were just tightening bolts. That possibly could be an issue.

yeh . if you concentrate you will see hem torquing . that was a torque wrench . and he was torquing as per manual for sure . you can here the click at the end of every blot .

but I'm worry about the temperature . it is between 200F and 210F . the fans starts at 210F . I want to keep the temperature about 180F if I can .

I will go now to the work shop . I will back soon

Any codes? Can you plug a obd2 scanner? Is the the check engine screew on the engine control unit is set at the right place?

edit: Are you using any ecu upgrade what so ever? (stand alone, piggy pack, reflash)
Also what injector size and what fuel pressure?

Just before putting back the outer timming cover, use a ratchet to turn the crank. Watch the timming marks as you turn the crank. Turn it until the marks allign again to make shure the chain did'nt skip a toth.

unfortunatly i didn't get my cell phone with me so I didn't take any photos

today at the sunset it mey finish . and then we can drive it for training ======> to go on boost .

I will drive it on low boost in order to become accustomed then rise the boost a littel bet and so on ....... until i become fully accustomed with higher boost .

BTW is there any alternateve for nissan red silicon ? it wasn't dry from inside

Regarding Silicone: Just get whatever. Black RTV will do the trick on most anything. High temp red is a rarity. I've maybe used to enough times to count on one hand in the last 8 years...

mmmm . I see . when the bov vents, some of the counted air will go and then it will become rich . my macheanist made it like that . I will tel hem .

thanx kevlo .

guys what do you think of Greddy touch informeter ? advantages/disadvantages ?

I am thinking to git Greddy e-manage Ultimate only if I can get a harness that fits on my ECU . its different not like your maxima's ECU .

Wow, did not know that. All the cefiro ecu's I have seen had the USDM style ecu but with less emissions stuff.

I doubt you will find a plug-n-play harness for your ecu for the EU. But the EU is not that bad to wire in, it will take an hour or two to solder it in. It is a MUST imo to tune a boosted maxima safely.

Get the e-manage. If you were capable of having all these things done so far you'll also be able to install the e-manage.

actually your ecu is similar to VG30 and SR20 ecu's, you might find a p-n-p harness for those and mod it for your ecu

before around 5 monthes , I installed e manage blue . but it didn't work . my screen tells that there is a connection error . so I returned back my SAFC.
but I don't like cutting wires , shrink and soldring ....... so I have to find a plug n play harness that fits on my ECU .

or I may get one of JWT's or send my ECU to him , but i dont trust JWT .

I sent a messege to the site that you add . I asked them if there are bords for maxima , cefiro and I30 all A32s. I will white for their answere.
they have for Y33 (VQ30DET) I dont know if that one fits or not .

Yea you will likely have to send them a picture of your ECU, prob the inside. I am 90% sure you can use those Nistune boards(I think we can too but I dont have 400 to experiment)
