This is EXACTLY how the shop is doing mine....the headers come down and then mandrel bent right back up to the turbo and the exhaust will come back down next to those pipes and connect to the 3" exhaust....sweet!!! Great minds think alike!!

BTW...that smile is going to be even bigger once BOOST kicks in!!!

 

haha yeah i know, thats my fabercatior in the back round... hes the man behind the madness, all design off the piping is on him, and i trust his doings....

yeah i cant wait to be throw back in my seat, it will be the first time in my life a ***** of mine will be throwing me around haha

 

Oh man! I have been away for a long time! Good to see someone else is turbo'ing the 6th Gen. Real curious to see what a 6spd can do with boost.

How are you going to do the tubing for that piece on the compressor side sticking straight up?? Are you going to bend that down into the intercooler then have it come back to the TB??? Looks like its in he way and thee hood wont close....maybe its just the angle of the pic....

 

just clock the turbo and point the outlet to the driverside

Where did you get the vband flange that matched the holset housing's vband?

 

didn't I welded a aftermarket flange directly to the housing

 

Well the kit is basicly done the owner can install, drive and boost the car, made the dp in two parts for a easy install and encase he wants to track the car, one vband and open dp. Just need to weld on a wb02 bung and finish the 2nd part of the dp that bolts to the catback but it looks like the owner might not finish the kit

So with that said there maybe a 6spd 6gen turbo kit up forsale soon, I put alot of work into this and would like to see it on the road. So someone connect the owner and make him a offer
