Help!! ..should i get 17's or 18's

Im am finally serious about getting rims , but im not sure wether to get 17's or 18's on my 4th gen , i also have maxspeed springs . A couple of my racing crazy friends told me that 18 will slow me down and also the small price diffrence makes me think, also the roads in ct are realy bumpy and have lots of pot hole and people tell me my rims will get messed up. What do you guys think, post pics if you got any.

THANKS

i would think that when you go with a smaller rim you just get a bigger tire so it would just even out in the end. not sure though...

damn

I'm seriously considering gettign 17's now... my 18"s and 19"s are too big ehehe

17"s are the performance combo fo sho! 18"s are a blend 19= bling 20= ghetto bling

Check tire size spec for overall diameter. the taller the tires are for more hp and highway cruising, smaller will give more low end, with higher revs at highway cruising. not too much difference, but it's all about ratios ...
