Smallest rims for a 2004

What would the smallest rims I can get for a 2004 SE be? It comes with 18's and the SL gets 17's. So obviously I can go down to a 17 inch.

I want a set of cheap steel rims and winter tires. If I could go down to 16 then I'd be able to save a lot of money over the 17's. And they'll provide better traction as well. So its all upside.

you should be able to fit 16's on the 2k4 I would not think the brakes are so large that they would not clear a 16 inch wheel

I think you're just jealous.

Thanks for the replies guys. I suppose I'll be looking at a 17" rim and tire package from my local tire guy for the winter.

Cheers,

2k2-2k3 need 16 inch steelies

a 15 inch rim will not clear the brakes

Will 15" rims clear the brakes on a 2000SE?
