225/60 15 or...wider?
Hey,
i'm trying to find the widest tires that will fit my original rims..235/55-15 & 245/55-15 seem to fit according to the calc, but I have not been able to find any.... so, does anyone know where to look online (besides tirerack.com)? Also, any recommendations?
thanks

any tire suggestions?

F*ck, I hope I dont see you in BK. The most that I can put on my stock 16x6.5 rims is 225. I guess the 15s are 15x6. I would think that 215 would be the most that you can put.

Wow, it's a tough crowd today.
I didn't realize you weren't running with the larger SE rims. I also wouldn't recommend going over 215/55. I'm not sure what tires are available at that size, so your best bet is to just use the Tirerack website to get some tire reviews in that size.
In the winter I run the Continental ContiExtremeContacts on my stock SE rims. I only had them on for a couple of winter months last year but they seemed to perform really well in the snow.
