Here's a page from a bolt pattern reference I have bookmarked: http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse...._Reference.cfm
Unfortunately they don't seem to know the centerbore for the bolt patterns that would fit.
You might have to ask a Ford or Lincoln forum... or I could try asking someone I know with a Town Car later tonight if he knows this spec.
