Anyone have Continental ContiExtremeContact

I'm lookin into getting these and curious as to what you all think. Also i was considering a 225/50/16 size for them on my stock 5 spokes, would that work out alright?

Awesome tires. I run at 44 psi and I love the handling. The snow and wet performance is just incredible... like having snow tires in the snow and aquatreds in the rain. 215/50/17. Love 'em. Perfect.

I have 'em also on my stock 17''s for about 7k miles now in all kinds of weather. Performance in the rain is so much better than the stock Potenzas the car came with. Recently got to test 'em out in the snow and didn't have any problems at all. For the price, there's not much out there that can match the performance of these tires.

I just got a set of 4 for my 2K2 SE and I love 'em. I only have about 1000 miles on them, but they have been a VAST improvement over the stock Potenzas the car came with. I jumped up to a 235/45/17 and drove down to TireRack in South Bend, IN for the purchase and install (2 hr drive). The TireRack ratings showed them to be very comparable to Pilot Sport A/S in dry, wet, and snow ratings at damn near 1/2 the price. I would highly recommend these tires to anyone I know.

Isn't it a 225/55/16 the right size tire? I'm running 225/55/15 ContiExtreme's this winter on my 16" steelies.

How have these been handling in the snow these past couple storms? How much was the shipping from Tirerack I also live in MA? Or did you pick them up somewhere else?

Thanks!
