basically, you usually get what you pay for. Excel is more of a budget brand.. ADR, Excel and similar cheaper brands may also reflect the price in quality and durability and not hold up well to pot holes or the finish will be crappy..
but that is mostly a misconception, if you live in an area with fair roads and you take care of the wheels, you'll be fine..
those wheels are pretty nice looking.

I like the second ones better.
P.S. I had exel 17's on my car and they never cracked and i hit a few pot holes. Ok company to me, they might not be as light as some of the other wheels availible.

couple things you should be sure to ask before you get rims from ANY place..
the width of the rim
the offset of the rim
and the weight of the rim..
width..like someone said...at least 8" for 18" rim or bigger..id say at least 7.5" width for 17" rim.
offset..+35-40
weight..anything 17" - less than 19 lbs aint that bad...and for 18" and higher..less than 21 lbs and youre still better than stock 5th gen wheel weight
