Need some advice on tires...

My car is getting fixed this week and my inspection has run out. To get a pass inspection, I need new tires. I'm sick of having absolutely no choice of tires (people around me only carry the Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus), so I'm going to www.TireRack.com

Does anyone have a recommendation of a tire that's under $100? I've only experienced the aforementioned Michelins, so I'm in the dark here.

I just got a set of Conti Extreme Contacts and I like 'em. They work well in the snow in Tahoe too. V rated, M+S and priced right.

Does Continental make a good tire? I've never heard of them before my search on TireRack.com

That tire you got looks like a good one...just not sure about the brand.

continental is a good brand. Come OEM on a good amount of BMW's and tires are good.

Maybe some Sumitomo HTR+ tires would be good for you
