Alignment after Lowering

Would the H&R's 1.5 inch drop require camber bolts on the 4th gen maxima? or just a regular alignment? Thanks guys, don't want to go ordering em if I'll never use them.

without a camber kit, the only thing that can be adjusted is the TOE, which you can do on your own very easily. just look it up on the internet or a Hayes repair book. with a 1.5" drop u prob don't need a camber kit, and it would be wise to adjust the toe. I have a 2" drop and need a camber kit for the front right because it is out of spec. It was at -1.3 (-.6 after camber kit), which was out the the -1 tolerance. the other side was -.8, which is okay.

look at NorthStar Manufacturing for camber kit (really an adjustable bolt).

also, the rears can not be adjusted.

My camber was -0.7 before I got an alignment. All they did was align my toe. Not aligned toe = offcenter steering wheel?

Thx guys, I don't want to uneven tire wear with my new suspension. So i guess just a simple front alignment should take care of it.

Your alignment can be correct with the steering wheel off center. Take it back and have them index it correctly

If the index is wrong the steering wheel will be offer center even though the alignment is correct
