with 17s...? lets just say Shaq will be able to stick his shoe(s) in your wheel well...

IF you like the 4x4 action packed max stay with the lift kit....

if not drop it like 2 inches...or a lil less depending on what you want

235-245/45/17 should be good i think...

As for the springs? if you just lower it like 1.5 inchesin front and 1.3 in back or something like that
I THINK...you can keep your stock struts...and thing over 1.7 and i think you might blow them..im still on the verge of lowering my ride so dont take my word for it but im almost sure..

as for looks you should go with sprint springs and get new KYB OGX gas shocks... the springs lower about 2 inches all around...kinda rough but if your goin for looks thats the way to go...

if your looking for the cheaper way out...i would just get H&R or Eibach springs and keep the stock struts..but i would keep those on temporarily i dont think its a good idea to keep those stock struts under any more load than they already are...they wont last you very long...

if anyone wants to share or prove me otherwise FEAL FREE TO DO SO...

im just tryin to help the newbie

I agree with ya, Xerox. I'd highly recommend you getting Tein H Tech springs with aftermarket struts.

any max without a drop isn't living up to its potential. at least 1.5", no matter what size wheel. aftermarket shocks/struts are a good idea too. maxspeed/gr2 combo is cheap, conservative, and works great for me.
