will 245/45/17 fit on the stock 03 SE rim?

I wanted them on my stock rims, but ppl advised against it..

I now have em on my 7.5" wide BBS rims and love that size....but now, I've got the "wider is better" disease and am dying for some 265 rubber

Bah I should have looked in the FAQ... I saw the answer before looking here. Thanks for the answers though.
I am wanting to go wider myself but I am not sure I want to buy new rims right now. I am however looking into some lightweight 16in rims for straight line performance for the future. You have any pointers for me?
