everything went well until i swap out my front right 17" tire. i noticed i only have 4 lug nuts. even most of them are tighened at 10lb/ft, but i tighten all my lug nuts to 70lb/ft. the thread wear on the studs are perfectly fine. so WTF just happened?

now i'm afraid when i roll down to socal my front right tire gonna pop out. i know some people are running 4 lug nuts and they are fine with it, or maybe i think i'm just paranoid. anywayZ, anybody know wtf just happened to my lug nuts? thx.
