Is it true?

Is it true an offset of 45mm will not fit our cars, will 40mm fit? I am getting 17x7.5--235/45/17 with intrax drop 1.5F 1.7R. what offset should I get?
Thanks for the help!

You already made a post about this, and I already answered. Bump your old post rather than making a new one.

3rd gens have an indepedent rear suspension, which has less clearance than the 4th gen's beam. You realize this, right?
