what kind of wheel locks are you guys using..

what kind of wheel locks are you guys using, if any at all? i just recently made the plunge with 18's and i wanna protect my investment a bit. any recommendations on what to get and where to buy from?

I use Gorilla wheel locks. They are polished steel, and the key pattern is on the side of the lug nut, instead of the front which gives them a nice sleek clean look. You can get them at www.jcwhitney.com or try Ebay.




It's the lug nut at ~2:30 o'clock on the hub.

What size threads are on the studs for a 2000 Maxima SE. I have seen several locking kits, but they listed them in many thread sizes and coarsenesses, and I was not sure which ones would fit my car.

12x1.25 is the size for a 4th gen, I *think* the 5th gen is the same, but I'm not positive.

I got my gorilla's from tirerack, give them a call, they will be able to tell you the correct size for your car

McGard Spline-Drive. Very expensive. but they come with 2 diff keys. You get 16 spline-drive lugs, and another 4 locking lugs (upper right in image)
