255/40-19 close enough?

i know it's an odd size...but i'm gettin a pretty decent deal on a set of 19's....unfortunately, those are the sizes that are on the wheels (i believe it was used on an SUV). anywayz, tire calculations show that in comparison to my stock sizes (225/50-17), i am 4.5% too slow with the new wheels. at 60mph, i'm "really" going 62.7.

the questions are:

1) 4.5% doesn't sound that bad, does it?

2) are there any other disadvantages to being off by roughly 3mph. does this affect the car in any way? should i just pull the tires off? wheels/tires are about a month old.

thanks a lot guys. peace, love, and big booty
