Tokico Illumina kit with 18's?

I finally lowered my Maxima with the Illumina kit from custommaxima.com, and now I am in the market for some wheels. I want to go with 18's. My question is if I get bigger wheels will the wheel gap be less or more? Please post some pics if you have 18's with the Illumina kit. Thanks in advance!

So would the wheel gap be reduced if I go with a bigger diameter wheel such as 18s? I heard that the wheel gap increases if you go with bigger wheels is that true?

THe gap won't actually change size if you get the proper size tire, it'll appear larger though just because you the tire is lower profile.

Bigger wheels have nothing to do with wheel gap. If you want less wheel gap, you gotta lower your car. BTW, illumina is strut/shock only. To lower your car, you gotta put lowering springs or coil-over. 18" wheels are fine. Dont worry about it.
