I got my 18s from them for a verry good price. The only catch is that the wheel tire combos give you some of the crapiest tires on the market and the warranty runs out in like 30 minutes.

These are some reasons not to buy from them -
  • Shipped the wrong tires with the correct wheels or vice versa
  • Shipped mismatched wheels/tires (like 3 17x7 and one 17x7.5)
  • Don't stock proper fitment for vehicle so the following happens
  • Provided incorrect fitment information resulting in customer receiving wheels/tires that do not fit properly
  • Incorrect lugnuts
  • Wheels/tires out of balance
  • Low quality products (not all)
  • Try to stick people with shipping/restocking fees for their screwups
  • BS advertising - misinforming customers
  • Mounting directional tires the wrong way

Wheelmax has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any field. Now I love the city of Miami, alot of family in South Florida, but there is a stereotype of the cocky self important male who thniks he is smarter then anyone he has ever met. It seems that wheelmax hires all of them. They generally treated me like I wasn't worth their time and that I didn't know what I was talking about. They will try to stick you for more money so that you can get the correct size tires and a somewhat quality tires. They will lie to you, like they told me that the tires that were in the package price were the same ones on Bentley's. I don't really care about a bentley, I am not driving one and I guess that guy thought that would impress me somehow. They weren't the tires used on Bentley's by the way, but I didn't get them anyway. The guy got in an argument with me about what size tire I needed. They then lost my shipping address and took a month to ship them out.

My favorite part was when my wheels didn't ship out with a center cap on one of the wheels. I called them and asked them if they could send me another one and they just transfered me around a bunch. After calling a couple of times and getting jerked around the guy told me that it was impossible that a little plastic piece in the center of my wheels fell off before they shipped out. Because he said that they have four people to load each wheel and check the quality, they then check over each others work so I must be lying. I am a pretty smart person, alot smarter then their salesman at least and I could tell that the guy was lying through his teeth. The guy told me that they would send me one out right away. I never recieved it.

Their prices are ok, just pray they don't somehow screw up your order and that you never have problems with your wheels or you are screwed.
