RE040s vs RE92s...yay or nay?

Got a possible deal on some cheap RE040s to replace my 31K mile RE92s, so just wondering if that's a good/bad or just okay swap.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

The RE040 is getting bad reviews. I wouldn't get them if I were you. Ice, didnt you replace two of your rear tires already?
