245 40/18???

Bought some rims with this size tire on them and was wondering if I was going to have any issues? Anyone know? I should mention I am running stock suspension currently. Wheels are HRE 547's with 35 mm offset and would be going on a 2003 Maxima GLE. Wheels are 9" wide.

Mytek has this size on his car, but again it depends on your car, size and offset, like slammed95 said.
