97 Max SE 215/60/16 Replacements

Hey guys,
I'm looking to replace my current Goodyear Eagle RS-A (215/55/16) on my 97SE. I give up on trying to put up with the them. They squeal at 10mph turns, spin out at the slightest acceleration and forget about rain. I'm going to college this fall and want something that'll hold out through some Long Island snow into this winter (as well as summer drivable). I checked tirerack for ~$50 tires and have narrowed it down to 4:
Kumho Touring A/S 795, Kumho Touring Plus 732, Kumho Ecsta HP4 716, and the Yokohama Avid Touring. Maybe one of you out there has a set of these and could provide some feedback, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise I've attached an image comparing the specs of the 4 tires side by side. Btw they're all 215/60 since they’re basically the same thing as the 215/55, but a bit cheaper and better handling.

Thanks in advanced!
