Is anyone running this setup: S. Tech with 20x8.5??

I'm thinking of getting a set of 20s. They are 20x8.5 40 offset in the front 35 offset in the rear. I'd get them in a heartbeat if I wasn't so low on Tein S. Techs. I know of one other person running 20s on S. Techs but I need to drive this car daily and it just doesn't seem reasonable. Anyone have an opinion on if it can be done? Will I rub in the front or rear? I could always roll the fenders I guess. Thanks guys!

my guess is the front will rub due to the backspacing (ie. inside of the wheel when turning). maybe with 20x7.5 with a rubber band tire (225/35/20).
