Tire Recommendations?

OK, so apparently the Bridgestone Potenza's that my new '01 came with are far less than average. What tire would you recommend for high performance all-season? Thanks for the help.

Ya, I noticed those on Tire Rack considering how high a rating they got and how much cheaper in perspective they were when compared to the others. How much better will the 235s look on the Max compared to the stock 225s?

235/45-17 with a drop? Cause wouldnt 45 series on stock springs look a little awkward?
