Going with 18s I guess

I want to put 19s on my car but every one I find here (which are few) weighs like 28 pounds each at least. I don't want to hinder my car's performance that much. I saw 2 sets Enkei wheels the other day and they were both 18s. One weighed an incredible 17.6 pounds and the other 19.8 pounds. They might not look quite as nice but I don't think they will hurt my performance as much.
What do you guys think? Keep in mind I don drive my car quite hard at times. Should I just go with the 18s or keep looking for some lighter 19s.
I found some nice 20s but ruled them out as they weighed 30.6 pounds each.

If you want "light" 19's, you are gonna have to pay alot of money for them. So, I guess your budget dictates what you should do.

I sold my set of 19x8 SSR GT3s about a month or so ago. They would fit what your looking for 100%. The price is high, but you get what you pay for. I sold them for these Axis wheels just because I didnt care about weight. I was too worried about bending such a costly wheel on these crap PA roads. Personally the difference between the Axis and SSR is like 10 lbs a wheel and I still couldn't feel much of a performance drop. I'd go with style any day over the .1 lost in the 1/4 mile.

I would go w/ 19"s. If you are that picky about extra lbs, start taking stuff out of your car.
